Union Public Service Commission has issued an official notice for Persons with Benchmark Disability and Persons with Disability, appearing for UPSC Civil Services Preliminary exam 2025 with a scribe. Candidates who have opted for a scribe, whether their own or one assigned by Commission can now request a change by submitting the details of their new scribe via email before May 18, 2025. This move ensures flexibility and accessibility for candidates requiring assistance during the exam.

UPSC will conduct the Civil Services Preliminary examination 2025 on May 25, 2025, in two shifts. The first shift will consist of Paper 1, General Studies, and Paper 2, CSAT will take place in second shift. Both papers will be objective-type and serve as a qualifying stage for UPSC Mains exam 2025.

UPSC has tentatively scheduled the Civil Services Mains examination 2025 to commence on August 22, 2025. However, the Commission has clarified that this date remains provisional and may be revised.
